A mixed-method approach to evaluate users' experiences and preferences in the sexual and reproductive health (SRH) market was conducted through Focus Group Discussions with 45 participants in Osun State. Results showed 88.8% use modern family planning methods, with 77% favoring public facilities due to cost and product quality. Health facility preferences are influenced by affordability and availability of free or affordable services. Public facility users lacked awareness of product quality compared to private facility users. Availability varied between 72.4% (injectables), oral (57.1%), and 28.6% (Injectables). Higher demand was reported for higher education levels (77%). Despite challenges, respondents expressed satisfaction with current services, suggesting improvements in availability and cost. Recommendations include more options for men, more affordable commodities with fewer side effects. Conclusion: FP Users’ perspectives provide insight into the market conditions. Incorporating these insights into the SRH market optimization will improve the chance of attaining mCPR of 27% by 2030.
