The burden of HIV and cervical cancer is high in Malawi. WLHIV have a higher risk of cervical cancer. As part of the national response to cervical cancer and HIV, CECAP and ART service delivery is integrated in Malawi's health system including in DHIS2. This paper aims to establish trends in performance on linkage of CECAP & ART services from 2020 to 2023. Site-specific routine client data in DHIS2 were analyzed by computing annual progress trends. Cervical Cancer screening sites which are also ART sites have increased from 316 in 2020 to 473 in 2023. Total women screened have increased from 162,412 women in 2020 to 267,000 in 2023. Screening coverage among WLHIV has increased from 53% in 2020, to 64% in 2023. Linkage between CECAP and ART services has improved cervical cancer screening and treatment in Malawi.
